The RiskOGM programme's second call for research proposals (CRP) was launched in 2013.
It concerns improving knowledge about the assessment of long-term health impacts of GMO consumption and thus contributing to improving the analysis of risks in this field. This CRP led to the constitution of a single consortium working on the GMO90plus research project. The project complements a long-term toxicity study on NK603 corn piloted and funded by the European Commission as part of the seventh Framework Programme for Research and Technical Development (FPRTD) and other research projects also funded at European level.
